Location and price range.
No towels in room, not even to dry hands after using toilet! Only after asking for the third time did I get towels at 19:00 that evening.

historic sense, spacious apartment, proximity to vineyards
The appliances definitely need an upgrade!!! The washing machine looked ancient and made strange noises. Load shedding without any backup source left us in the dark for hours, quite unacceptable!!!

The cozy atmosphere of the Stellenbosch Hotel really stood out, with lovely decor and excellent staff service. While the noise from the courtyard was a bit disruptive and the parking garage could be confusing, the dining experience was good and I would return in a heartbeat.
